Refund Policy 

Thank you for choosing uscanal.com. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a transaction on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below. 

General Policy 

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products once a purchase is completed. 

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy 

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we recognize that certain exceptional circumstances may warrant a review. Refunds may be considered under the following conditions, in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019: 

          1.  Defective or Non-Functional Products

  • If the product you purchased is proven to be defective and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 days time, you may be eligible for a refund. Once we verify the return products we will credit the refund to the original payment method within 7 working days
  • If you have any defective or damaged product please return the product within 2 working days, send along with unboxing video to customer support email

         2.  Non-Delivery of Product or Service 
         If you do not receive access to the product you purchased due to a technical error on our part, and we are unable to deliver it within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be issued. 

         3.  Incorrect Product Delivered 
         If you receive a product that is materially different from what was described at the time of purchase, and we are unable to correct the issue, a refund may be considered. 

         4.  Duplicate Payment 
         In the event of accidental duplicate payments for the same product, we will refund the excess amount. 

         5.  Legal Compliance 
         If a refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws or by order of a competent authority, we will comply accordingly. 

 

Non-Refundable Situations 

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: 

  • Change of mind after purchase. 
  • Inability to use the product due to lack of technical knowledge or compatibility issues not disclosed prior to purchase.
